The right artwork still needs the right fit. Before choosing a phone case, find the complete device model and match it to the selected case option.
Find the device model in Settings
- iPhone: open Settings, then General, then About. Check the model information there. Apple explains how to reveal the model number by tapping the displayed part number in its official model-number guide.
- Samsung Galaxy: open Settings, then About phone. Read the product or model details. Menu wording can vary; Samsung's model guide shows where to look.
- Other Android phones: use the model information in the device settings or the manufacturer's support guide. Keep the full model name and any model code available when asking about a case.
The phone model is enough for a fit question. Avoid sending a full settings screenshot containing a serial number, IMEI or account details.
Match the full name in the product selector
Names such as Pro, Pro Max, Plus, mini and Ultra identify different versions. Select the exact option offered on the product page. Do not infer compatibility from screen size or from a similar-looking camera layout.

What does Other Model mean?
An option labelled Other Model, Contact Us or Tell Us Your Model is a request to confirm the device. It does not establish that a case is available for every phone. Contact OddDrop with the product link, design and exact device model before ordering that option.
Check the image and cart selection
- Read the full model name on your device.
- Select the matching product option and the intended artwork.
- Check any model-specific camera-opening image that is available.
- Review the selected model in the cart before checkout.
For a gift, ask the recipient for the model shown in their settings. A photo of the phone or a previous case can be a helpful reference, but it should not replace the exact model name.

What should I send when asking about an unlisted model?
Send the product link, intended style and complete phone model name or model code. Do not include IMEI, serial number, account details or a full private settings screenshot. Wait for confirmation before ordering an Other Model option.
