Start a return from your order
Sign in with the email used for your order and the 6-digit code Shopify sends you. Open an eligible delivered order, choose the items and reason, then submit the request for review. No password is required. If Return items is not shown, use the email support route below.

Open an eligible delivered order, select the item, quantity, and return reason, then send the request.
Wait for review
Your request is not approved until OddDrop confirms it. We will email instructions and, when applicable, a return label. Do not ship before approval.
Return and refund
Follow the approved instructions. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection; your bank may need extra time.
30-day change-of-mind returns
Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will provide the appropriate replacement, return, missing-part, or refund solution.
Exchanges
Direct exchange selection is not available in self-service. Start a return or email support with the replacement item or variant you want. Exchanges are subject to stock and approval.
Exceptions
Opened blind-box items, personalized goods, and products marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or protected by mandatory law.
Support route
Need an exchange or issue-specific help?
For exchanges, damage, incorrect items, missing items, or missing parts, email support with the order email, order number, item name, and preferred resolution. Attach clear photos when relevant.
Return shipping: Return shipping is not free for change-of-mind returns. For verified damaged or incorrect items, OddDrop will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Mandatory rights: This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
