How to start
Contact support to start a return or exchange
Returns and exchanges are handled by our support team. Email us with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item name, and your reason. Attach clear photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts. We reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
We review it
Our team checks eligibility and replies within 1–2 business days. Nothing is approved until we confirm it in writing.
Send the item back
Follow the return address and instructions in our approval email. Please do not ship anything before you receive approval.
Refund or replacement
After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may need extra time.
30-day change-of-mind returns
Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Email us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will provide the appropriate replacement, return, missing-part, or refund solution.
Exchanges
Tell us the replacement item or variant you want in your email and we will arrange it for you. Exchanges are subject to stock and approval.
Exceptions
Opened blind-box items, personalized goods, and products marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or protected by mandatory law.
Return shipping: Return shipping is not free for change-of-mind returns. For verified damaged or incorrect items, OddDrop will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
Mandatory rights: This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
